Confirmation Classes commence this Sunday 29th January at 3.30 p.m. in The O’Connor Room.  Confirmation is open to young people from 3rd form upwards.  If you wish to attend the classes please speak to either Andrew, Elizabeth or Gareth.

The next collection will be on Sunday 5th February and thereafter the first Sunday of every month. However you can bring your gifts at any time and leave them at the office. Information leaflets are available at back of the Church.

Drumglass Parish began a partnership with the Lite Project in 2010 which provides  food and household goods for vulnerable young people in our community who are homeless, leaving care or struggling to live independently. There has been a tremendous response to the monthly appeal by parishioners and friends of Drumglass. The need is as great as ever!! You can help those who are really struggling at this time with your gifts – no matter how small – of any of the following items:

Tins:

Peas, Carrots, Beans, Spaghetti,

Soup, Custard, Rice, Fruit

Packets:

Pasta, Rice, Noodles, Savoury

Rice, Baby Foods

Jars/Sauces:

Ketchup, Brown Sauce,

Curry, Sweet & Sour,

Bolognese etc.

Breakfast Cereals/Porridge/Teabags/Coffee/

Sugar

Household items: 

Washing Powder, Washing Up Liquid, Bin Bags etc.
